The specifics of what's included in our trips varies, but there are some things you can always count on: luxury hotel accommodations, airport transfers, welcome and farewell dinner, activities (excursions, tours, etc.) and transportation to and from these activities as well as a swag bag.

If additional meals or experiences are included, they will be clearly listed for that trip. Each trip will also have a list of optional experiences you can add on for an additional cost.

Things never included in our trips: airfare, meals and activities not listed, tips/gratuities, trip insurance and visas or other travel documentation. Essentially, if it's not specifically listed, it's included!

Ladies, whether you're a mom of humans, dog or cat mom, Godmother, Auntie, Sister, Daughter, etc.....please join us! Our trips are typically Girls Trips however we will occasionally invite the guys or the kids. Those trips will clearly indicate that in the description.

Payment options are as follows: payment in full (5% discount), pay in two payments, monthly payments with last payment due 45 days before trip departs.

Payment plans require the traveler to stick with the designated payment schedule. By making timely payments you ensure that your spot on the trip is secured. We often have limited availability and your commitment helps us plan effectively and reserve accommodations, transportation and activities for the entire group.

The trip balance MUST be paid in full 45 days prior to departure date no matter the payment option selected.

We understand that plans change and unforeseen circumstances can arise that require you to cancel. However, please note that cancellations affect the overall planning and logistics of the entire group. Here is our cancellation, deposit and refund policy:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to departure are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made 46-89 days prior to departure are eligible for a 25% refund and a 25% credit towards future travel.
  • Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to departure are non refundable.

Please understand that any refund given is LESS any non refundable deposits, fees or penalties incurred by our company to make the cancellation.

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen circumstances including trip cancellations, medical emergencies and travel disruptions.

Roommate matching is possible on any trip subject to availability. Just let us know when you're booking and we will handle the rest.

Absolutely! While our trips are carefully curated to include one of a kind experiences at our destination, it's a huge part of our travel philosophy to build in plenty of free time. We firmly believe in downtime to regroup, rest, explore or whatever you're led to do. All of our trips include thorough travel guides which detail all aspects of the destination, particularly ideas of things to do in your freetime.

Yes we do! We offer the option of planning your group trips for you so that all you and your friends/family have to do is show up. We also offer hosted private group trips if you want one of our travel guides to attend with your group. This is especially helpful with school groups and trips for organizations. It takes away the stress of planning AND no one in the group has to be the designated leader for the trip.
